Discover the Art of Nature Photography on Georgian Bay
Step into the stunning landscapes of Georgian Bay, home to the world’s largest freshwater archipelago and a UNESCO-designated biosphere reserve.
This beginner-friendly photography workshop is designed for women looking to elevate their skills, build confidence, and create intentional, compelling images—all while immersing themselves in nature.
✔️ Capture authentic photos in a stunning natural setting
✔️ Learn how to see like a photographer—composition, light, and perspective
✔️ Connect with nature through your lens—a mindful, screen-free experience
By the end of the day, you’ll walk away inspired, confident, and equipped with the skills to create powerful images with purpose.
Itinerary
We’ll meet at 9am to begin instruction and hands-on learning. Break for lunch around 12pm. At 1pm, we’ll begin our afternoon adventure photographing completely in manual mode and learn techniques to create interesting images.
Experience Level - Amateur to Intermediate
This workshop is for those who are photographing in auto mode and semi-auto modes like, aperture priority.
Activity Level - Moderate
Students can expect moderate activity with the hiking trails.
What’s Included:

Photography education (compositions, photography education).
What’s Not Included:
Day pass.
Transportation.
Trip insurance.
Meals and beverages.
Accommodation.
