October 18, 2025 Screaming Heads Photography Workshop
Saturday, October 18, 2025 | 9am - 4pm | Burk’s Falls, Ontario | Limited to 8
Join us at Screaming Heads this Halloween season for a beginner photography workshop designed for adventurous women. Capture the haunting sculptures and dramatic autumn landscapes while putting the skills you learn into practice. By the end of the day you’ll leave with confidence, a deeper knowledge of connecting with your subject, and practical skills to make the photographs you envision.
Itinerary
We will get started at 9am and learn the fundamentals of photography with plenty of hands-on practice. We break for lunch around 12pm. The afternoon we work on photographing in manual, and talk about how to connect with your subject to photograph it authentically, and tips for creating good compositions. We wrap up around 4pm.
Experience Level - Amateur to Intermediate
This workshop is for those who are photographing in auto mode and semi-auto modes like, aperture priority.
Activity Level - Moderate
Students can expect moderate activity with the hiking trails.
What’s Included:
Course materials.
Photography education (compositions, photography education).
What’s Not Included:
Day pass.
Transportation.
Trip insurance.
Meals and beverages.
Accommodation.
